By creating an account, browsing our template catalog, purchasing a digital license, or using our browser instant preview studio at ValtrixOne.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@valtrixone.com of any unauthorized account access.
3. Digital Purchases & Billing
All purchases on ValtrixOne are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay). You warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment instrument provided. All prices are listed in USD or local currency and exclude applicable local taxes unless explicitly stated.
4. Intellectual Property & License Scope
When you purchase a template package, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, customize, and deploy the template per the terms of your specific License Agreement. All copyrights and brand assets remain the exclusive property of ValtrixOne Inc.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Abuse
You explicitly agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing raw template ZIP source code on competing marketplaces or forums.
- Scraping template assets, code generators, or live editor APIs using automated bots.
- Deploying websites containing hate speech, illegal content, or malware using ValtrixOne hosting integration.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and download access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in illegal activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ValtrixOne Inc., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our templates or live services. Total cumulative liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international commercial laws without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.
